APP PROTOTYPE
As a Marketing (Creative Design) Intern at OneAmerica, I collaborated with the creative director, art directors, and senior designers to develop creative solutions for various design projects. Among my responsibilities, I designed for Individual Life and Financial Services. Additionally, I spearheaded the creation of a mobile application prototype for my Intern Group Project.
Our objective was to compare OneAmerica’s employee benefits to a targeted list of companies, with a specific focus on financial service-related organizations. My task was to devise a strategy to help current employees better understand and utilize their benefits package. Consequently, I developed a prototype that categorized specific employee benefits and provided helpful tools, such as retrieving personal health insurance information, finding a physician, tracking accrued paid time off, 401(k), sick days, and appointments.
